Oluwafunke Adeoye, or Funke as everyone calls her, is a lawyer, human rights defender, social innovator, young global leader, and proud Accountapreneur. She is Hope Behind Bars Africa’s Founder and Executive Director. It's an organization that promotes human rights and criminal justice reforms using legal aid, research, evidence-based advocacy, and technology. Funke has led interventions that amplified the work of grassroots advocates across sub-Saharan Africa and saved hundreds of indigent pre-trial detainees. The Pakistan volunteers battling Covid-19

Fouad Bajwa’s expertise extends from being an Internet evangelist and social entrepreneur to artificial intelligence, governance and biomedical engineering. That last area of interest is something that’s been keeping him awake at night of late. Bajwa is part of a growing group of Pakistani volunteers under the banner of PAC-V - Pakistan Against Covid-19 Volunteers. Nigeria’s Accountability Incubator 2020 Cohort

Accountability Lab Nigeria has selected ten accountapreneurs for the 2020 cohort of their accountability incubator program involved in a variety of fields from investigative journalism and advocacy filmmaking to developing community leaders and assessing the environmental impact of extractive industries. Honey-Ann Ndubuisi is a lawyer turned filmmaker. She believes that film is a powerful tool for advocacy and has spent the last three years building her capacity in filmmaking. Her debut film "Numb" addresses the issue of child abuse. Nepal’s Accountability Incubator 2020 Cohort

Accountability Lab Nepal has selected four accountapreneurs for the 2020 cohort of their Accountability Incubator program. They're looking at projects spanning women empowerment and citizen engagement.
