Bishir Dauda is a human rights activist, development work advocate, public affairs analyst, essayist and champion of Open Government Partnership in Nigeria. He coordinated the campaign tagged “Vote Not Fight, Election No Be War" in Katsina state during the 2019 general elections. He is also the Ambassador of Freedom of Information Act (FOI) in Katsina under the platform of "The Future Project." Weng Dung is a gender justice advocate and a peace promoting fellow, who has for the past 3 years been working on countering gender-based violence with the Centre for the Advocacy of Justice and Rights (CAJR) in Jos Plateau State. She has trained over 50 women and youths on advocacy for policy change, gender equality and women empowerment. Through the incubation program, Weng will be training more women and youths on advocacy for policy change, create a distribution platform and also empower more women through skill acquisition.

Grace Hosea is a social worker, media expert and an advocate for women and girls. She is based in Kaduna, Nigeria. She is the founder of the Women for Peace Initiative that aims to increase women and girls’ participation in peace building, politics and security in Nigeria.  Through the incubation, Grace will educate women and girls on how to be active agents of peace and security in their communities, as well as improve their political participation by using digital media to encourage active governance participation. 

Juliana Olayide is a podcaster, change advocate, writer, socio-preneur, and brand strategist. She is the founder of She and Her Finances, an initiative focused on building financially independent young women, especially Small-Scale Female Entrepreneurs.  She is also the founder of the Changemakers Africa Initiative that aims to raise purposeful emerging young leaders in Africa.  Through her project, young people’s attitudes towards leadership and financial literacy will be challenged and supported.

Michael Adigam is a youth leadership advocate and community development enthusiast based in Makurdi, Benue State, Nigeria.  He is the founder of All in Initiative (AI), an organization focused on women and girls’ inclusion in public participation and politics in the society by inclusion in decision making processes, stakeholder engagement and community development processes.  Through this Incubation, Adigam will gain collective ideas, resources and pointers needed to promote and upgrade this Initiative to create a better stance in the society for women and girls in line with the SDGs.Contact: ' +2348149510690, Email: [email protected]

Victor Terhemba is a civil society advocate, communications manager, and talk show host based in Abuja, Nigeria. He also doubles as the program's assistant at Raising New Voices initiative where he is leading the development and deployment of a civic-tool initiative that will leverage technology to help citizens to hold their federal legislators accountable through civic engagement. He is the founder of Policy Shapers, an open-source platform for policy ideas and dialogue led by young people which leverages technology to mainstream youth in policy development. Yusuf Temilola Nurudeen is Senior Associate at the Legal Hub Partnership in Lagos. He is also the Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association Young Lawyers Forum, Ikeja Branch, where he administers the implementation of ideas and policies related to capacity development, mentorship, and the welfare of 500 young lawyers. Through the support of the incubator, he is developing The Pro Bono Centre, an initiative that provides pro-bono legal services to victims of injustice including those who have been wrongfully incarcerated.

Rachel Affiong Umoh is a psychotherapist, counselor, disability advocate, humanitarian aid worker and a freelance journalist with freedom radio in Kaduna State. She is also the founder and CEO of TWIM (The Wonder In Me) an NGO that supports the rehabilitation of the most vulnerable including persons with disabilities (PWDs), internally displaced people and persons living with psychological disorders. Through the incubator, she is developing a project that will increase access to participation in elections for PWDs in Nigeria.
