Derrick Mpagi

Derrick is a Ugandan lawyer and also founder and executive director at the nonprofit MIGHT Foundation. He’s also CEO at ATT technologies, a for-profit institution in Kampala. Through his work, Derrick supports regional peace, human rights and sustainable development. Derrick’s incubator project provides Ugandans with national online platforms and district and grassroots offline platforms where government officials, civil society, innovators and the private sector can inform citizens about COVID-19 and COVID-19 resource accountability.

Sheilla Ayebare

Sheilla is a committed women's rights activist from Kampala, Uganda. She is passionate about women's social and economic empowerment and is the co-founder of Mwanamke Law Firm, a nonprofit law firm that advocates for women's rights. Its mission is to increase women's access to justice through offering free and affordable legal services to women. Harriet Mukajambo

Harriet is the founder and Executive Director of Global Learning for Sustainability (GLS), a woman and youth-led organization that works on challenges related to SDGs 4, 5 and 13 through integrating inclusive strategies to promote diversity & inclusion. Harriet’s incubator project will work with vulnerable communities to assess the current impact of COVID-19 and uncover what services and relief support have so far been provided.

Rehema has worked with leading INGOs in Uganda and abroad on issues such as public health, social justice, women’s rights and youth leadership. Sandra Awilli

Sandra Awilli is a social innovator from Uganda. Facing period poverty as a teenager, she ultimately founded PADShare, a digital tech solution to improve the accessibility of menstrual hygiene necessities for vulnerable girls during the COVID-19 lockdown. Phillip Mwebaza Andrew

Phillip’s passion for health literacy and access to healthcare in Uganda, alongside his training in Global Health Policy from the University of Washington, led him to establish the African Health Grid (AHG). Kavuma Kelly Mulungi is a media professional who lives in Kampala, Uganda. They work as a head of finance at Rainbow Africa Initiative (RAI), and a team leader at Rainbow News Uganda (RNU).
