Jessica López is a public accountant from the University of Guanajuato. She holds a Diploma in Governmental Accounting and has completed a course in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection from West Virginia University.  She served as Technical Assistant to the President of the Anti-Corruption State System of the State of Guanajuato and has experience in the field of government auditing. Cruz Daniel Grimaldo studied Political Science and Public Administration at the Facultad de Estudios Superiores Acatlán of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and is currently studying Pedagogy at the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional. Belem es una activista e investigadora centrada en la lucha contra la inseguridad y la corrupción en México. Es politóloga e internacionalista por el Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas y tiene una maestría en Gobernanza y Desarrollo por el Instituto de Estudios del Desarrollo de la Universidad de Sussex. Audrey is originally from the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. He studied a degree in Public Administration, which has allowed him to work in the three levels of government; municipal, state and federal. This accumulation of experience allowed him to start an application for portable devices called GobernApp, whose three main objectives are to promote and encourage citizen participation, motivate municipal governments to automate their processes and that the development and implementation of social programs and public policies are based on qualitative and quantitative data. Through the incubator, Audrey hopes to continue expanding this project.
