Bishir Dauda is a human rights activist, development work advocate, public affairs analyst, essayist and champion of Open Government Partnership in Nigeria. He coordinated the campaign tagged “Vote Not Fight, Election No Be War" in Katsina state during the 2019 general elections. He is also the Ambassador of Freedom of Information Act (FOI) in Katsina under the platform of "The Future Project." Weng Dung is a gender justice advocate and a peace promoting fellow, who has for the past 3 years been working on countering gender-based violence with the Centre for the Advocacy of Justice and Rights (CAJR) in Jos Plateau State. She has trained over 50 women and youths on advocacy for policy change, gender equality and women empowerment. Through the incubation program, Weng will be training more women and youths on advocacy for policy change, create a distribution platform and also empower more women through skill acquisition.

Grace Hosea is a social worker, media expert and an advocate for women and girls. She is based in Kaduna, Nigeria. She is the founder of the Women for Peace Initiative that aims to increase women and girls’ participation in peace building, politics and security in Nigeria.  Through the incubation, Grace will educate women and girls on how to be active agents of peace and security in their communities, as well as improve their political participation by using digital media to encourage active governance participation. 

Juliana Olayide is a podcaster, change advocate, writer, socio-preneur, and brand strategist. She is the founder of She and Her Finances, an initiative focused on building financially independent young women, especially Small-Scale Female Entrepreneurs.  She is also the founder of the Changemakers Africa Initiative that aims to raise purposeful emerging young leaders in Africa.  Through her project, young people’s attitudes towards leadership and financial literacy will be challenged and supported.

Victor Terhemba is a civil society advocate, communications manager, and talk show host based in Abuja, Nigeria. He also doubles as the program's assistant at Raising New Voices initiative where he is leading the development and deployment of a civic-tool initiative that will leverage technology to help citizens to hold their federal legislators accountable through civic engagement. Ebenezar Wikina has over 11 years of experience in media, advocacy, youth development, and policy analysis (www.policyshapers.com). He is the founder of Policy Shapers, an open-source platform for policy ideas and dialogue led by young people which leverages technology to mainstream youth in policy development. Iyanuoluwa Moyinoluwa Shittu is an SDG 6 (clean water and sanitation) advocate based in Ondo State. Driven by her passion to ensure access to clean water for all, Iyanuoluwa carried out a borehole project in her host community during her time in the The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). Her incubator project is Water Works, an initiative that will link vulnerable communities to sources of clean water and also allow Iyanuoluwa to advocate for water sanitation and hygiene in Ondo State, particularly as a containment measure for Covid-19. Halima Idris hails from Bauchi State and is an alumnus of the Kennedy-Lugar Youth and Exchange Study program of the United States Department of State. She's passionate about holding elected representatives accountable and, through the incubator, is developing the Beyond Election Candidate Accountability Project (BECAP) for this purpose. BECAP is a sensitization and awareness campaign that aims to help communities hold political candidates accountable for the promises they made during their election campaigns by equipping citizens with knowledge and training.
