Susil, coming from an agricultural background, is driven by the aim of supporting farmers to be climate resilient. With his background in agriculture, he envisions creating a positive impact at the grassroots level by addressing climate injustice faced by farmers in Nepal’s Karnali region. With the incubator program, he seeks to support farmers in Karnali with climate-resilient technologies in collaboration with local governments, enriching their knowledge, resources, and techniques necessary to thrive in adversity. His goal is a future where farmers can adapt to climate change and enhance their income and living standards.

Subin is currently working as the Operations head at SpeakUp Nepal, a platform for the public to raise and discuss the contemporary issues of their concerns and lead and sign petitions for advocacy. Subin looks forward to extending his network to promote his platform robustly and garner more public engagement through the Incubator Program. In the long run, the platform creates a space for the public to raise awareness, generate discussions, and find solutions to the issues that matter to them by reaching out to relevant decision-makers for action. Subin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering.

Sadichchha is a dedicated licensed advocate focusing on advancing digital rights in Nepal. Her idea for the Accountability Incubator is to educate youth about digital governance and digital rights in collaboration with education departments of local governments. As the world is advancing towards digitalization, she believes that legal digital literacy is of utmost importance to curb the challenges that this advancement brings. She envisions integrating these issues into the school curriculum to create a generation of digitally aware citizens and foster their responsibility. Prince is a youth activist involved with various organizations. He holds a bachelor's degree in Development Studies from Kathmandu University and is keenly interested in good governance. He aims to strengthen his activism through policy recommendations based on research on issues affecting youth and build evidence to promote government accountability through the Incubator program. As a believer in youth power, he looks forward to creating convening platforms for youths and collecting and amplifying their voices through his research efforts.

Prakriti is a passionate human rights lawyer and activist. She envisions her initiative addressing the complexities of labor migration with a survivor-centric approach by empowering migrant workers through comprehensive information on their rights, engaging in legal advocacy, policy reformation, and survivor empowerment. She aims to provide essential knowledge through various mediums, including audio-visual presentations and involving networks of returnee migrant workers. She has been involved in capacity building for the returnee women migrants and filing public interest litigation for migrants' rights. She holds an LLM Degree in Human Rights and Gender Justice.

Grishma is a young visual storyteller who believes that a camera is a powerful tool for advocacy. She aims to advance her idea by bringing out visual stories highlighting issues of women and marginalized communities into the mainstream through the Incubator program. Her interest in filmmaking started back in 2021 when she was involved in shooting a documentary about burn violence and acid attack survivors in Nepal. Since then, she has been involved in several training and workshops to enhance her visual storytelling skills. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

Aakriti is the Green Discussion Coordinator at Nepalese Youth for Climate Action (NYCA), a national coalition of youth and youth groups tackling climate challenges. Through the incubator program, she aims to improve youth participation in climate accountability actions. She is looking forward to connecting the youth's contributions to climate action to the local governments and amplifying their commitment to climate action. Her profound passion for environmental issues has shaped her academic and professional pursuits. She is pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science.
