Nkosikhona Dibiti is a Bulawayo-based Google digital skills trainer, media consultant, content creator, and writer for several online publications. He is also a development practitioner who is passionate about improving lives and accountability systems. Through the incubator, he plans to further develop Community Podium, an online community news platform which amplifies the voices of ordinary people in marginalized communities.

Richard Mugobo

Richard Mugobo is a social and economic justice activist with a deep passion for digital activism. He is the Founder and Convener of The BIG Conversation, a youth-driven digital based creative ecosystem that captures and amplifies emerging, diverse voices from across Zimbabwe centred on increasing civic participation on transparency and accountability issues. With the support of the incubator, Richard plans to continue using the BIG Conversation platform to host virtual dialogues that address Covid-19 related corruption risks in Zimbabwe. Said Rassol

Said Rassol is a young journalist from the tribal area of the Frontier region Tank and a Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication graduate from the university of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. He started his journalism career in 2012 as a radio broadcaster for the Global FM 91 Dera Ismail Khan. Beside education, he continued his journalist work with many media organizations. His incubator idea is to ensure dissemination of authentic information during the pandemic in Peshawar.

Roland Marikiti

Roland Marikiti is a youth activist hailing from Mutoko who is passionate about fighting for the social and economic inclusion of minority and vulnerable populations including the LGBTQ. Roland is the founder and executive director of Kushinga Association Zimbabwe Trust. Through the support of the incubator, the organisation will strive to ensure availability, access to, and delivery of quality HIV care and treatment services during the Covid-19 pandemic. Sameer Khan

Sameer Khan is a Mass and Media Communication graduate with a strong portfolio working in the non-profit sector with different national and international organisations. He recently won a campaign to project soft images of minorities in Sindh by the US Embassy. He is interested in story telling and mobile journalism, particularly producing more creative content whilst highlighting social stories and local community issues. His incubator idea is to document local stories of minority groups and to promote local products.

Sisasenkosi Mataruse

Sisasenkosi Mataruse is passionate about advocating for substantive and effective women political participation through her organization Women Belong. She is currently working with women on combating gender stereotypes faced by women political leaders, women political aspirants and generally women and girls in her community in Seke Rural and Chitungwiza in Zimbabwe. Through her incubator project, Sisasenkosi seeks to emphasize that female dignity is no longer about how cultural a woman is but more of how much a woman can exercise her political rights as well as benefit from proper service delivery.

Tanatswa Mukwacha is a student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems who is also passionate about social activism and technology innovations that advocate for social change. Through the incubator he is developing a project called Pachikuva, which is an online platform that encourages government accountability through improved access to information (Pachikuva is a Shona word meaning pulpit). The project encourages accountability on all donations or funds that were set aside as relief aid to the impact of Covid 19.

Lydia is a lawyer by profession and works as a Country Director for SEMA - a not-for-profit organization that aims to increase transparency and accountability of public service institutions by providing citizens with various platforms to give feedback that in turn improves public service delivery. Lydia is passionate about governance and creating change in her community. Her work involves making sure that SEMA's strategy, operating structures, partnerships and human capital structures are well aligned to effectively support the realization of SEMA's long term aspirations in Uganda.

Based in Bulawayo, Nompilo's work focuses on mobilizing and engaging the youth to meaningfully participate in governance processes. Her incubator project is 21 Questions with Jacqui, a podcast that will raise questions about human rights, accountability and transparency including in Zimbabwe's Covid-19 response and recovery.
