Muhammad Sarim Imran (Saro Imran) is a young transgender activist and entrepreneur. She has been advocating for the rights of marginalized communities for the last five years through various national and international platforms including the United Nations Universal Periodic Review (UPR). N’DIAYE Oumar

N’DIAYE Oumar holds a Degree in Engineering and Network Systems and is passionate about information and communication technologies. As an an entrepreneur he works with various companies specialized in computer science. Through the incubator he intends to develop an African video sharing and viewing application that will energize local African creation and culture. Vakozé is a video communication tool that will allow artists, bloggers, brands and internet users in general to broadcast their videos to reach a 90% African audience.

Naway Gumeh

Naway Gumeh  is a responsible and committed journalist who displays an ability to write balanced, informative and engaging stories that give all involved parties an opportunity to have their say. He works as an investigative reporter responsible for writing news as well as providing coverage on political and economic events. He is also the host of Prime FM’s evening flagship program dubbed “The Brumm” (Tuesdays and Thursdays). Through the Accountability Incubator program, he intends to hold people and institutions responsible for their words and actions, whether it is through political fact-checking, investigations or other forms of reportage.

Nishant Khanal is engaged in economic research, public policy, regional trade and development economics in South Asia. He has experience working on regional integration, poverty alleviation, leadership development and fund-raising in South Asia. Pratik Kunwar is a social entrepreneur and development professional. He is currently the Managing Director at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Nepal. Rakesh Prasad Chaudhary

Rakesh Prasad Chaudhary is a journalist and social activist. He has worked as a freelance journalist for various local media outlets and is the founder of Visit Jaleshwar, a project aimed at empowering local youth by training them on digital literacy and craft production. As a part of Visit Jaleshwar, Rakesh’s wants to work on women empowerment through the incubator by providing women a platform to produce and sell the Mithila arts and crafts they produce. Sheran Panazai has five years of professional experience in the nonprofit sector and has also worked as a volunteer with various social ventures. Suman Ali Lashari

Suman Ali Lashari is a young human right activist. At the age of 18 in 2016, she survived an acid attack from her 40-year old brother in-law whose marriage proposal she had rejected.
