OpenGov Digital Youth Summit


Thank you for joining us for the Open Gov Digital Youth Summit hosted by Accountability Lab, Restless Development, the Open Government Partnership and the Chandler Foundation, on October 27 and 28. We are grateful for your participation as the summit unearthed strong ideas for making the response to COVID-19 more inclusive and transparent.   • 812 Zoom participants on Day 1
  • 28 hours of brainstorms, skills building and panel sessions
  • 16 hours of simultaneous translation
    • in English, French and Spanish (and some tired translators!)
  • 4,000+ views on Facebook (and the numbers are increasing!)
  • Highest attendance
    • 100+ participants in the Opening Ceremony
    • 78+ joined the “Data as a tool for digital innovation: power and limitations” session led by the Government of Canada and Global Shapers
