Randolphlyn Darlyn Johnson is founder and Executive Director of the Young Africans Capacity Building Network, a non-governmental organization aimed at developing the skills of young Africans through youth capacity building workshops and symposiums that would enable young people to become productive citizens as they make a positive change in their communities and the world at large.
She is a female leader, volunteer and a changemaker passionate about women and children’s rights. She is currently working within the Human Resource unit as an Intern-Assistant at Naymote-Liberia, an organization that promotes citizens’ understanding of democratic processes and long-term benefits of their participation. She established a campus based organization at the University of Liberia called the “Influential Women Forum” an organization that aims to promote female participation in leadership and drive change in their daily decision making.
